- Every retail client is supported by a direct contact person and a strong support team.
- We are always responsive in addressing retail clients’ needs promptly (i.e. ticketing support system, protocols to manage customer’s feedback, working over the weekends, etc).
- We keep up to date with the latest functions and products of third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration with DCS’s portfolio of products and third-party vendor products.
